DIPS (Distributed Intelligent Power Security System) is an advanced network power information security solution which jointly developed by CLEVER and some China research institutions. The Dual-factor authentication means that there are two communication channels between the monitoring center and device(ZPDU). It is a security process in which the monitoring center send one command and the device (ZPDU) verify the commands received from two different channels to judge if the command is secure to process.

The network security controller - Zebra security is an essential part in the DIPS system. It will be used to connect the Manager Security and ZPDU in the P2P communication network. It forms a path node of random transmission for data information and at the same time works as a verification center to generate a dynamic encrypted transmission channel between communication devices.
ZPDU is a secured network management PDU which consist of the DIPS system. Based on the SUM (Sustainable, Up-gradable and Maintainable) conception, CLEVER is the only one in the world who can supply the Hot-Swap Control Module and field-replaceable Output Module in its industry and this technology will make sure there is no down-time during upgrading or maintenance in the data center operation.
