ATTENTION: Please read carefully the legal notice! If you do not agree with the relevant terms on this website, please stop using the online service. (This legal notice is limited to NPM software upgrade, not other download files.)
1. Please extract the download compressed files, and copy “image.bin” file to the root directory. (e.g. E:\image.bin)
2. Please directly connect NPM with computer through network cable, and make sure that power is uninterrupted during the software upgrade.
3. Please make sure the network connection is successful, and login in the NPM software to obtain the NPM status. (After filling in the address code and setting to host mode, the software can obtain the status information and control the NPM products.)
4. Please click the “Update” in the guide menu.
5. Through “Upload Firmware by FTP” interface, please click “Browse” button to choose the “image. Bin” file, add the file on to the “Browse” input frame.
6. Please click “upload” button to upload the “image.bin” file. ( Note: the NPM can not be off power or network connection, refreshing the browser is also forbidden, please wait the clew information back )
7. Please wait before there is the file uploading successful information (blue word), which show that the file upload is successful(just wait, the software will restart automatically), then please wait about 10 minutes, because the NPM software is automatically under initialization after file upload.
8. About 10 minutes later (the network disconnect and then connect again), you can login in the NPM software through Internet Explorer.

Notice:
1. The power and network connection are not interrupted during the operation.
2. Not refresh the browser during files uploading.
3. The file name must be “image.bin” and can not be modified.
